Topic: Weak Signal Propagation Reporter Network.
Bob is a Research Meteorologist at the NOAA National Severe Storms Laboratory in Norman, Oklahoma, and an honorary fellow at the Cooperative Institute for Meteorological Satellite Studies at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. . He will be discussing using the Weak Signal Propagation Reporter Network for tracking signals that are received.
